Our program focuses on identification of many of the fungal, insect, nematode and viral pathogens which occur across the state.

Warren County has a couple of microscopes and a digital camera that can snap a quick picture of whatever problem one might be having be it with foilage or insects. The image can be photographed and sent via internet with results being a lot faster than sending the sample off to the lab.

Ornamental Horticulture Extension Program is a two-fold concept. The commercial industry, including production and landscape are the primary areas of focus. Educational programs are presented across the state to assist growers, landscape personnel, and county extension professionals to stay up-to-date on production and landscape trends in the industry.
